What is the Spain digital nomad visa?
It is the residence permit for international remote work. It lets you live in Spain while working remotely for companies based outside the country — and, within certain limits, for Spanish clients — provided you can show your qualifications or experience, the professional relationship and sufficient income.
Can my family come with me?
Yes. International Mobility Act permits allow your spouse or partner and your children to apply at the same time, without waiting for the general family reunification period.
Does Spain still offer a golden visa?
No. The investor residence permit based on real estate purchases, known as the golden visa, was abolished in April 2025. If you want to invest or start a business in Spain, there are other routes we can explore with you.
