Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered

Can I start the process from the US or Canada?

In many cases, yes. Visas such as the non-lucrative, student or digital nomad visa are applied for at the Spanish consulate with jurisdiction over your place of residence. Other procedures are processed once you are in Spain. We tell you from the first consultation which route applies to you.

What do I need for the first consultation?

Just tell us about your situation: your nationality, whether you are already in Spain and since when, and what you want to achieve. Having documents at hand (passport, previous decisions, contracts) helps us give you more precise guidance.

How long does an immigration procedure take?

It depends on the procedure and the office handling it. Spanish authorities have legal deadlines to decide, but in practice they vary. We give you a realistic estimate for your case and follow your file until a decision is issued.

Shall we talk about your case?

Tell us about your situation and we will advise you on the best route to reach your goal in Spain.
