Family reunification in Spain

Bring your loved ones to Spain with a solid strategy: spouse or partner, children and parents, with requirements and deadlines under control.

Family

Your family, by your side

Family reunification allows foreign nationals who reside legally in Spain to bring certain family members to live with them. Among other requirements, you must show sufficient financial means and adequate housing.

If your family member is a Spanish or EU citizen, a different and usually more favorable regime applies. We tell you which procedure fits your case and prepare all the documentation.

What financial means do I need?

You must show sufficient resources, calculated on the Spanish IPREM index according to the number of family members, as well as adequate housing. We review your situation to confirm you qualify before starting.

Can my family member work in Spain?

Yes. As a rule, a residence permit for family reunification allows the holder to work in Spain without any additional permit.

Shall we talk about your case?
